Songstress Jennifer Lopez and beau Alex Rodriguez have listed their luxury Manhattan apartment which they purchased just under a year ago for a cool €17.5 millions.
Situated on the 36th floor of the prestigious 432 Park Avenue building (the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere), the three bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,000-square-foot condo takes up half a floor and benefits from a corner living room, a breakfast bar overlooking Central park, a corner master bedroom with a separate dressing area, a library.
The two New York City natives paid $15.316 million for the apartment less than a year ago according to the Wall Street Journal, but claim the property is two small when the whole family gets together.
