CONDOMINIUM OF VILLAS AND APARTMENTS​

Quinta da Casa Amarela, signed by Architect Souto de Moura, is the new luxury condominium that is being born in Porto, near Praça Velásquez, in Antas.

​

This private condominium is the result of the rehabilitation of a sumptuous palace, converted into a condominium with apartments and villas, in a perfect symbiosis.

​

 Quinta da Casa Amarela consists of two residential complexes: the existing buildings have been restored with apartments of typologies 1, 2, 3, 4 bedrooms, with areas ranging from 118 to 377 m2; in the new buildings there are single-family townhouses, with typologies 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, whose areas range from 220 m2 to 315 m2. All the rooms, in all the dwellings benefit from natural light.

Eduardo Souto de Moura is internationally recognized for the refined choice of materials, so all properties have high quality finishes such as afizelia solid wood flooring, tinned walls and plaster false ceilings. The woods have lacquered finishings and the frames of modern buildings are in anodized aluminium with thermal glass, while the frames of old buildings are in solid wood, keeping the original image.

The private car parking of each of the apartments are located on the same floor of the house. In the case of the dwellings, access is by private lifting platforms.

​

This closed condominium will allow 27 families to live in Porto, in a project signed by Eduardo Souto de Moura, 

Pritzker in 2011 and Gold Lion at the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale.

This stunning work of authorship will be completed in the second half of 2020.
