Pierre Gasly has been demoted to the junior team following dismal results ....
Gasly only made his debut with Red Bull at the start of the season but after securing only 63 points compared to team mate Max Verstappen 181 points, it is little surprise that team principle Christian Horner took the decision to demote Pierre Gasly to the teams junior team Toro Rosso with Alexander Albon promoted upwards to replace him alongside on-form Verstappen.
New boy Albon, who has been with Red Bull's driver program since 2012 has never finished in the top five, so his elevation to the top team mid season could be a blessing or a complete failure.
Only time will tell.....
