EMBARK ON A WORLDLY ADVENTURE WITH VEUVE CLICQUOT'S VENICE SIMPLON ORIENT-EXPRESS 🚂

Veuve Clicquot and Belmond have come together once again to host an exceptional champagne fuelled journey next summer aboard the legandary Venice Simplon-Orient Express..



Veuve Cliquot and Belmond inaugurated this unforgettable experience last year between Reims the home of the iconic champagne house and Venice to celebrate Veuve Clicquot's 250th birthday with this years experience set to take in travellers on an equally spectacular rail adventure with three separate journeys taking place in 2024 across Asia, Europe and South America. 


The first trip will take a lucky handful of guests on an unforgettable three-night excursion through Malaysia. Running from April 22-25, the trip kicks off in Singapore – where Veuve Clicquot’s champagne bottles were first shipped back in 1859 – aboard Belmond’s Eastern & Oriental Express. Day two and three see guests will take a scenic journey to Penang and Kuala Lumpur through the Taman Negara National Park on the iconic ‘jungle railway’.

The second trip set for July 2024, will take guests akes guests from Vienna to Reims onboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express. The journey will begin with two days of culture and gastronomy in Vienna. On the second evening, guests will be invited to a dinner curated by chef Jean Imbert, Head chef at the Plaza Athénée, the restaurant Monsieur Dior and the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, he was named chef of the Venice Simplon-Orient Express in 2022. Prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients, his menu will be paired with the finest Veuve Clicquot cuvées. 



Day three will continue in Reims, home to Veuve Clicquot since 1772. After a tour of the  historic vineyards in Verzy, guests will enjoy a tasting of the Maison’s best cuvées. The immersive gastronomic experience will culminate with a first ever dinner in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Gallo-Roman chalk quarries, orchestrated by starred chefs Mory Sacko and Jean Imbert.

The final trip and perhaps most exciting of all is a five-night expedition in Peru from October 21-26 taking in awe-inspiring ancient sites and natural wonders, aboard two luxury Belmond trains. Follow in the footsteps of history, from bustling Cusco through the Sacred Valley to the land of the Incas onboard the iconic Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train, Machu Picchu. Feast on delicacies prepared by renowned chefs, savor fabulous champagnes guided by Veuve Clicquot’s Cellar Master, Didier Mariotti.
