From now through January 31, 2020, the Krug chalet brings together traditional Swiss cuisine and champagne with this stunning fondue pop-up combining cozy cuisine and panoramic views at the highest level.
A joint creation by Heiko Nieder, Chef Fine Dining at The Restaurant and Chef of the Year 2019, and Maître Fromager Rolf Beeler DAS Fondue consists of a menu which has been tailored-made to complement Krug champagne, is both aromatic and classic. Guests are served chorizo, 36 months of matured Iberian ham and a Spanish dry blood sausage alongside the DAS Fondue prepared by both Heiko Nieder and Rolf Beeler. Under the direction of Heiko Nieder, the Dolder Grand's fine-dining restaurant has gained 2 Michelin stars and 19 Gault Millau points..
Three Spanish meat specialties- designed to perfectly complement the Krug champagnes, a signature fondue, half a bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée, as well as mineral water and coffee or tea.
For reservations in the Krug Chalet, the minimum number of guests is two priced at 450 CHF for two people. The chalet can accommodate a total of six people.
