Inspired by his idol George Michael, David took from George Michael's song 'Careless Whisper' and the classic chocolate bar Wispa to create The Careless Collection a contemporary range of handmade luxury chocolate bars which are offered in unique flavours.
The Careless Vegan collection uses the luxurious and much sought after Nacional cocoa, an intensely rich dark chocolate, studded with intricate heady notes.
