Not content with just another residential building Mercedes-Benz in partnership with Dubai-based developer Binghatti Properties has unveiled plans for a branded city and master-planned community, set to be built in the Meydan district of Dubai..

The 30-billion-UAE-dirham ($8.2 billion) Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City will comprise of twelve architecturally synchronized towers, spanning around 10 million square feet ( sq. ft.) of built-up area and delivering more than 13,000 homes. The project is expected to be completed in three and a half years and targets both end-users and investors.
The masterplan will be delivered in three phases, each unveiling a new layer of this cityscale vision. The towers all are all inspired by Mercedes-Benz’s most iconic vehicles, including the Vision One-Eleven, Vision AVTR and Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6.
Residences will range from studios to 3-bedroom apartments, with Vision Iconic tower also featuring a collection of 4- and 5-bedroom homes. All of it is anchored by the development’s defining centerpiece, the iconic spiraling signature tower bringing to life one of the region’s most ambitious residential masterplans.
Inside the residences, the Mercedes-Benz philosophy continues the interiors are designed to feel timeless and sophisticated. A base palette of black and silver sets a sleek, modern tone, while natural materials such as leather and wood introduce warmth and balance. Every element is carefully considered, from graphic brand details to advanced technology integration, creating homes that feel intuitive, refined, and deeply connected to the brand’s values.

As one would expect amenities are generous, with a host of swimming pools, fitness facilities like gyms and sports clubs, as well as large social spaces like a ballroom, bars, and more.
At the heart of the development sits a Grand Promenade, a vast green expanse imagined as a sanctuary of sustainable and environmental consciousness. Designed as a sequence of 12 unexpected moments and curated experiences, it features elevated pathways, water elements, discovery zones, shaded groves, art pavilions, active circuits, and panoramic hills.
