THE $100K HOTEL SUITE DESIGNED BY DAMIEN HIRST

As part of its $620 million renovation, The Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas has unveiled its new Sky Villa and if your a contemporary art lover then you're going to love it!


The two-story Empathy Suite designed by renowned British artist Damien Hirst is a showcase of the "Enfant Terrible of Contemporary Art's " work and features many original pieces from some of his most notable series.


Designed in collaboration with Bentel & Bentel, the 9,000 square-foot square villa, meant to evoke a “night at the museum,” features six original works as well as custom furniture and textiles featuring Hirst motifs including two bull sharks suspended in formaldehyde, a butterfly-motif mosaic tiled cantilevered pool and a large pill cabinet filled with diamonds.


Hirst's Empathy Suite joins the hotel's five other Sky Villas, which have also been completely re-imagined by Award-Winning Bentel & Bentel Architects,


Priced at $100,000 per night, with a two-night minimum, it is touted as one of the world's most expensive hotel accommodation's unless of course your a high roller with a million-dollar credit line at the resort then the room is yours for free!


Other features of the villa includes 24-hour butler service, chauffeured car service, A-list access to on-site entertainment, a private Palms art tour and a $10,000 credit.
