LUXURY ON EVER LEVEL​

ONE Bishopsgate Plaza will be the first high-rise residential and hospitality development built in the City of London in many years. 

​

One Bishopsgate Plaza, also known as 150 Bishopsgate will be a luxury private residences. The 43 storey tower will combine a unique mixture of functions within the 536,000 sq ft space which will be created, including the transformation of part of the Bishopsgate Conservation Area at Devonshire Row, through the historic building and the creation of a large new public plaza.

The development will comprise of 237 rooms, a 5* luxury hotel, 160 apartments or ‘Sky Residents’, large meeting and events space and a 380 seat double height ballroom.The ballroom in the building will also be the Square Mile’s first. The building forms steps as it rises to its height of 135 metres, providing terraces and other amenity spaces.

The tower is designed to reflect quality and smart technologies, with bronze louvres in varying configurations providing contrast to the nearby Heron Tower’s more solid, silver form. The façade is made up of numerous variations of louvres and glazing, with subtle differences providing aesthetic variety and architectural sophistication to the tower’s overall form.

The project is set to be completed in 2020.

The Sky Residences:

Soaring above the City from level 21 to 41, the sky residences have unique views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks; including the River Thames, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, The Gherkin, St Paul’s Cathedral and Canary Wharf.

The apartments, called Sky Residences, will cost from £1.1 million for a 580 sq ft one-bedroom flat up to  £5 million” for three-bedroom, 1,639 sq ft apartments with 690 sq ft terraces
