The Estate lies less than two miles from the centre of Winchcombe, a traditional Cotswolds town with a wide range of quality shops, inns and everyday conveniences. Cheltenham has a far wider range of facilities, including a mainline railway station and access to the M5, for Birmingham or the South West.

The Estate is 5.5 miles from the A40 which gives easy access to Oxford and then onto the M40 south to London. For London by rail, Kingham is 16 miles from the Estate and has a direct service to London Paddington, taking from 82 minutes.

There is an excellent choice of schools nearby including Cheltenham College and Cheltenham Ladies College, Kitebrook at Moreton in Marsh, The Dragon, Summer Fields and St Edward’s at Oxford, Radley College at Abingdon, Tudor Hall near Banbury.
